Code of ConductThe OQTA Code of Conduct applies to all OQTA employees, Board Members and Members when engaged in employment or involved in OQTA sanctioned activities. Breaches of the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action The Code of Conduct requires that an employee, Board Member or Member of the OQTA when involved in OQTA sanctioned activity must: * Behave honestly and with integrity; * Act with care and diligence; * Treat everyone with respect and courtesy and without harassment; * Comply with all applicable Australian laws; * Comply with any lawful and reasonable direction given by someone who has the authority to give the direction; * Maintain appropriate confidentiality about any dealings that may affect operations of the OQTA or any Member organization. * Where appropriate, disclose and take reasonable steps to avoid, any conflict of interest (real or apparent) in connection with OQTA activities; * Use OQTA resources in a proper manner; * Not provide false or misleading information in response to a request for information that is made for official purposes; * Not make improper use of: - inside information, or
* At all times behave in a way that upholds the integrity and good reputation of the OQTA; and * While on duty overseas, at all times behave in a way that upholds the good reputation of the OQTA and Australia
