In order to achieve this, the core responsibilities of OQTA are:
- Destination marketing activities (domestic and international).
- Destination development activities (product/infrastructure development).
- Communication and education of industry initiatives to assist with product at the regional level.
- Provide leadership and represent the region at all levels of government and industry.
