It encompasses the Local Government areas of Barcaldine Regional, Barcoo, Blackall-Tambo
Regional, Boulia, Bulloo, Cloncurry, Diamantina, Flinders, Longreach Regional, McKinlay, Mount Isa
City, Murweh, Paroo, Quilpie, Richmond and Winton.
